Miss Bree

Owner & Director

Miss Bree is the proud owner and director of Radiant Dance Studio. Her journey as a studio owner began during college after dancing at Washburn University and coaching dance at Hayden High School. With a passion for dance, teaching, and creating something uniquely her own, Bree founded Radiant Dance Studio with a vision of building a fresh, fun, and edgy space where dancers and faculty could truly be themselves.

From the beginning, Bree wanted Radiant to be about more than just dance. She strives to create an environment where dancers feel confident expressing themselves, are encouraged to discover their individuality, and can build lifelong friendships while creating memories they will carry with them long after they leave the studio.

As Radiant has grown throughout the years, Bree’s greatest joy has been watching dancers begin their journeys, grow into confident young people, and find a place where they feel at home. Seeing the halls of Radiant filled with dancers learning, laughing, creating, and growing together is what makes her most proud to be the owner of Radiant Dance Studio.

For Bree, Radiant is more than a dance studio—it is a community, a family, and a place for every dancer to shine in their own way.

Miss Rylee

Assistant Director

Miss Rylee is excited to return home to Radiant Dance Studio, where her competition dance journey first began. Dancing since the age of three, Rylee has built an extensive background in performance, training, teaching, and choreography that she is excited to bring back to the Radiant family.

At 18, Rylee moved to Las Vegas to pursue professional dance training before moving to New York City for her first professional dance contract, where she lived and performed for six months. She has continued training in Las Vegas while pursuing professional performance opportunities and dance gigs and has traveled as a staff member with Groove Dance Competition.

Beyond performing, Rylee has developed a strong passion for teaching and choreography. Her work has earned numerous Top 10 overall placements, special awards, and choreography awards. She is also the founder of Precision Techniques, a training program offering personalized in-person and virtual coaching to dancers looking to further their training.

Now, Rylee is returning to her hometown and stepping into her role as Assistant Director at Radiant Dance Studio. Her professional experience, creativity, leadership, and passion for developing dancers make her an incredible addition to the Radiant leadership team.

For Rylee, returning to Radiant is truly a full-circle moment—from growing up within these walls to helping lead and inspire the next generation of Radiant dancers. 

Miss Jaci

Miss Jaci is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive, and encouraging environment where every dancer feels confident to learn, grow, and express themselves. She inspires her students to step outside their comfort zones, embrace new challenges, and discover their individuality through dance.

With years of experience in teaching and choreography, Jaci brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the Radiant faculty. She spent five years as a member of the National Dance Alliance (NDA), traveling throughout the United States to teach and work with numerous high school and collegiate dance teams. Her experience also includes judging high school and college dance team auditions, as well as local collegiate dance competitions.

Jaci believes that great teachers never stop learning. She is continually growing as an educator and choreographer, drawing inspiration from her fellow instructors and the dancers she teaches. Her dedication to building confident, well-rounded dancers makes her a valued part of the Radiant Dance Studio faculty.

Miss Linley

Miss Linley has been dancing for most of her life and brings her passion, energy, and love for dance into every class she teaches. She is currently a junior at Washburn University, where she is pursuing a degree in Social Work and serves as captain of the Washburn University Dancing Blues.

As both a dancer and leader, Linley brings dedication, positivity, and enthusiasm into the studio. She loves helping dancers build confidence, express themselves through movement, and challenge themselves while still having fun.

Miss Linley is passionate about creating an uplifting and encouraging classroom where every dancer feels supported, valued, and inspired to grow. She is excited to continue sharing her love of dance with the students at Radiant Dance Studio!

Miss Morgan

Miss Morgan is passionate about developing strong, technically sound, and versatile dancers while encouraging each student to embrace their individuality and personal style. She strives to create an environment where dancers can strengthen their technique, explore their artistry, and grow into confident performers.

Morgan began her dance education in Newton, Kansas, where she trained primarily in Horton technique. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Kansas, studying a wide range of styles including Countertechnique, Graham, Jazz, Ballet, and Hip Hop.

Throughout her career, Morgan has taught and choreographed for dance studios and dance teams across the United States. In addition to her freelance choreography, she works with V!ROC, teaches at the Lawrence Arts Center, and performs with Kansas City Contemporary Dance.

With her diverse training and professional experience, Miss Morgan brings a unique perspective to the Radiant faculty and is dedicated to helping dancers become confident, expressive, and well-rounded artists.

Miss Belle

Miss Belle has been dancing for most of her life and has developed a lifelong passion for both performing and teaching. She graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and currently teaches fourth grade at Tecumseh South Elementary.

With her background in both dance and education, Belle brings patience, positivity, and a genuine love for teaching into the studio. She values building meaningful relationships with her dancers while helping each student develop confidence, strengthen their technique, and discover their own love for dance.

Miss Belle is passionate about creating a fun, encouraging, and supportive environment where every dancer feels valued and inspired to grow. She is excited to continue sharing her love of dance with the students at Radiant Dance Studio!

Miss Connor

Miss Connor has been part of the Radiant family since the very beginning. Throughout her many years at Radiant, she has worked with dancers of all ages and experience levels—from tiny three-year-old recreational dancers taking their first steps in the studio to high school competitive dancers preparing to take the stage. She is passionate about helping her students grow not only in technique and confidence, but also as individuals both inside and outside of the studio.

During her time at Radiant, Connor earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work and currently holds her LMSW license. Professionally, she works as a Special Education Social Worker, where she is dedicated to supporting children and families through both challenges and successes. She has also coached multiple Special Olympics sports throughout the years, furthering her passion for encouraging others and helping them reach their full potential.

One of Connor’s favorite parts of teaching is building lasting relationships with her dancers and their families. She loves having the opportunity to watch her students grow year after year—not only as dancers, but as confident and capable young people.

Miss Connor is incredibly grateful to play a role in the lives of her students and to be part of the special community that has made Radiant feel like home from the very beginning.

Miss Lilly

We are so excited to officially welcome Lilly Williams to the Radiant Dance Studio faculty for the 2026–2027 season! 

Lilly has been a competitive dancer at Radiant for the past 5 years and we couldn’t be happier that she’s continuing her journey with us as a teacher. While this is her first year teaching her own classes, she has spent the past three years assisting classes and helping with our dance camps, making a positive impact on so many of our young dancers.

Outside of the studio, Lilly is attending Washburn University to pursue a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography with plans to specialize in abdominal and OB/GYN sonography. Her dream is to one day become a Pediatric Sonographer at Children’s Mercy. 

Lilly’s kindness, patience, and love for dance make her a wonderful role model, and we know she is going to inspire the next generation of Radiant dancers.
